In some remote area, we will deliver your boxes to the closest depot and you can go collect it by yourself. |
| |
|

When do I have to pay? |
| |
|
You may pay £50.00 pounds deposit at the first time of order. Then the full amount will be collected before the collection day. |
| |
|

What is included in the price and why is it so cheap? |
| |
|
Our service price is as shown on our website. We not only offer door-to-door shipping service, also free packing boxes, packing tape and bubble wrap. There is no other hidden surcharge. However when shipping goes to other countries out of the EU, there maybe some excess or duty involved. |
| |
|
| |
How big are the boxes you supply? |
| |
|
We offer two size boxes, Tea-chest box and book box. The tea-chest box dimension is 60cmx50cmx40cm. The book box dimension is 50cmx40cmx30cm. All cartons are double wall and strong enough to hold 30Kg luggage. |
| |
|
| |
Can I use my own boxes? |
| |
|
You can use your own box, but you need make sure your own carton is strong enough for the journey.
You can even ship you're suitcase, however they are only covered by limited insurance for £25.00 pounds each during the journey. Because the suitcase is not secure packing and the sticky shipping label is easy to peel off. So it has a much higher percentage to be lost or damaged than the carton box. |
| |
|
| |
How are the empty boxes delivered? |
| |
|
We will send your required boxes by courier service. If there is no one home when delivery is attempted the boxes will be returned to the local depot, a card will be left with the depot's number so you can re-arrange delivery, in normal circumstances there is no extra charge for the re-delivery. |

| |
|

After the boxes are collected, your boxes will go into our carrier's local depot first. Then your boxes will go through the delivery network to the destination. You can track your box on our webiste the next day after the boxes are collected. |
